While low birthrate and longevity are progressing quickly, it is expected that the number of employees in Japan will decrease increasingly.
In connection with this trend, the recruitment and employment of the global human resources of foreign nationals should be considered more seriously.
However, if there isn’t enough knowledge about Resident’s Status & VISA for global-human-resources, it will lead to the cause of the trouble with them.
